The process for YEC to begin construction on your project is to call or come by and describe the ideas that you have for the project. Once the basic idea is presented, the YEC team will formulate a plan and discuss required procedures. Pulling from the knowledge base that the YEC team has to offer, any vision can become reality. The approach to the project will be decided and a procedure will be formulated. Once the procedure is approved by the owner an estimate will be generated and presented for the owner's approval. Several pricing options can be explored including time and materials, lump sum, or a detailed breakout. A scope of work will be written in the form of a contract and signed by both parties. Once the BUD call is made and required permits are obtained, ground breaking will begin.
